Nils Hellmer is a Vice President in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions across the technology sector. Nils joined Goldman Sachs in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Nils worked in the M&A group at Rothschild in London and served as an officer in the German Army. Nils earned a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from University Viadrina in Germany, an M.Sc. in Finance from the European Business School London, and an MBA from Berkeley Haas.

Jimmy is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in their Equity Capital Markets group based in San Francisco. Jimmy advises technology, media, and telecom companies on their equity financing needs. Prior to joining ECM, Jimmy worked in the bank’s TMT group, where he advised technology clients on a range of both financing and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Goldman, Jimmy was a Teach For America Corps Member in Chicago where he taught middle school math and science.
